Directors are elected for
two-year terms by the members at the Annual Meeting in February of each
year. Officers are elected by the Board at the organizational meeting
following the Annual Meeting. They serve for one year terms.
Update: Donald
Stone was elected President at the August 28, 2010 board meeting to
fill the unexpired term of Elvin Lang who resigned.
