Conference 2008 Registration

Use this form to pay by credit card using PayPal. All prices are per unit prices. You will have an opportunity to order more than one registration or multiple banquet tickets at checkout. Each person must be a paid member to qualify for discounts. Banquet tickets will be held for pickup unless you specify that you want them mailed.
